Unable to load DLL 'astrace.dll': The specified module could not be found

description

Hi Mabyre

This looks like a great basis for what i'm trying to acheive, but i'm getting the following error when trying to build and run the source version. Is there a hardcoded path in the TraceReporter.dll?

Hi Ensonix,

Has you've seen, it is a "trace" of our old tracing module that you must remove from your project. Otherwise you can get the astrace.dll at the following addresse :
http://www.sodevlog.com/sdl/logiciels/logiciels.aspx#TraceReporter

But it is a little bit complicated to take in hand. I will prefer to avoid this code in the next release.

Tanks for your comment.

Tracing are so easy to use and so verbose in ASP.NET whith de Trace.asxd that we don't use any more de TraceReporter that I forgot to say is in french only.

Last days I had used Trace="true" I was a little bit dissapointed how trace.asxd is not real time traces so using TraceReporter is much more efficient while trying optimisation of asp.net applications.
